This hotel is a great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. Its attention to detail, especially in the ancient-themed structures and beautifully carved doors, gives it a unique and artistic vibe. The location is perfect, being very near to the best beaches in Goa and within easy reach of all the main beaches in North Goa. The service provided by the staff, especially the owner Mr. Siddhesh, is extremely helpful and friendly. The basic amenities, including the clean and well-maintained rooms with split ACs, make for a comfortable stay. And despite having a small breakfast with limited options, the delicious parathas are a must-try.

The staff were great. The food was very good especially the chicken noodles. There was a real sense of freedom and whatever the staff could do to make our stay better they did do. What a great place. Nilesh is awesome!

food is nice at this property and staff is helpful. we appreciated our coffee with goodies at baba au rhum. you can take a 15-minute walk to get to arpora night market.

Breakfast is poor.... pool is good , beds are comfortable. in continental breakfast they provide 2 bread slices everyday and nothing else

The owner was very helpful and even arranged a bike for me to explore the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The hotel's location had great connectivity to all the major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience in Goa.

The hotel's kitchen is not open most of the time, and waiting is required for specific meal times. the food can be tasteless, and the kitchen area's passage is exposed, making it a bit uncomfortable to walk in during the rainy season.
